The product is just what we needed for our DVD/VCR combo machine in our master bedroom. It fits directly under the Peerless TV arm that we purchased last year. It is fairly easy to add onto the arm and is adjustable to fit the machine underneath. Be sure to have someone nearby to help with positioning and lifting the machines.
We did, however, not approve of the company that sent it (Skybox). They were very passive-aggressive and about letting us know that it was "on backorder"; 3 weeks after ordering and only upon my questioning email. We finally received it 4 weeks after ordering and had our shipping charges refunded.

The bracket work very well in our children's playroom, it was very easy to install. We also purchased the Sanus 13-27 inch Swivel Arm for the TV, so the bracket attached very nicely to it.
